Ration Number 15: Br. Finisher crumbs & Finisher C

Broiler finisher ration is used for the last 10-15 days when feed intake and energy requirement is at higher side and protein requirement is less. Generally birds are shifted to finisher diet when their weights range from 1400g to 1500g. To get weight up to 2000g ration #15 and for 2500g or above ration #15S is recommended.

Ration Number 14 : Br. Starter Crumbs

It is a conventional feed for broiler starter that is used from day one to 28 or 30 days. In winter season when minimum ventilation system is practiced and oxygen supply cant coop with rapid growth , this ration is preferred which leads to less mortality due to ascities and ammonia production.

Ration 14-A (Br. Pre-starter Crumbs)

This ration also contains higher level of protein and amino acids and can be used from day one to day 28 or at 3rd & 4th weeks to a flock reared for 14 days with 14S ration. Special considerations are given to crumble quality and texture to avoid feed wastage with oversized particles in starter rations.

Ration Number 11 : Chick Starter Crumbs

This ration is for layer starter chicks & is used up till 4-6 weeks. In hot weather when intake drops, starter ration can be used for 10-12 weeks. This diet is formulated with consideration to requirements of all types of breeds placed country wide.

Ration Number 12: Chick Grower Crumbs

This ration is for growing phase of commercial layer pullets. Nutrients are adjusted in a way that pullets attain standard weights prior to production to get standard marketable eggs at early laying phase.

Ration Number 13 : layer Crumbs

This ration is used for commercial layers after 1% average egg production and continuously used till the culling of flock. In commercial layers generally this ration is started at the age of 16-17 weeks. Special consideration is given for all nutrients especially calcium, phosphorus & vitamins to get more eggs with standard size having ideal shell quality.

Ration Number 14S : Br. Starter Crumbs Special

This is broiler starter ration is formulated with high density nutrients especially amino acids & other nutrients for rapid growth in first two weeks. With the use of 14S ration one can achieve more uniformity in flock and better vaccine response to develop immunity. Recommendation is to use up to two weeks.

Ration Number 15S Br.

Ration Number 20 : Br. Breeder Starter Crumbs

This ration is for starting broiler breeder chicks from day one to 28 or 35 depending upon required weight for that particular phase. Generally breeder rations are formulated according to the specifications for varied strains of broiler breeder. Particle size of feed is kept within 2-3 mm to ensure proper intake.

Ration Number 21 : Br. Breeder Grower Crumbs

This ration is for broiler breeder pullets. Diet is formulated with consideration to feed intake because daily nutrients intake is merely a factor of feed intake X diet concentration. This situation is most critical in early breeder phase where different primary breeder companies dictate quiet different levels of feed intake for their specific strains.

Ration Number 22 :Br. Breeder Layer Crumbs

This ration is offered during laying stage for breeder hens. Special consideration is given to supply nutrients which support ideal production, egg size and excellent hatchability. Bird weight, feed allowance, egg mass, growth rate and shed temperature are the bases for feed formulation. To avoid complication a simple compromise diet for multiple strains is manageable and specific strains anomalies can probably best be met by adjusting the daily feed intake.

Ration Number: 46

Hi-Tech TMR – Finisher: Old, dried and culled incapable of yielding in further lactations are generally slaughtered to supply poor quality beef. This ration is specifically formulated to improve health status of those animals with adequate weight gain by reverting depleted nutrients in positive balance. Culled animals can be finished within 1-2 month period.

Ration Number: 45

Hi-Tech TMR (Dairy/Beef): This is mixed, balanced and total ration for growing young female or male calves from the age of 3-4 months and continuously fed to develop adult heifers or beef specimens. Heifers may be given this feed even up to calving and for male it is recommended till they attain market weight for slaughtering i.e. 250-300 kg. In the presence of TMR( 3% of body weight) it is not mandatory to feed green fodder/silage or hay because TMR alone can fulfill all the requirements of maintenance and growth. While formulating minimum protein, NDF, ADF, NEg, Calcium, phosphorus, vit. A & D along with balanced macro and micro minerals are taken into consideration.

Ration Number: 44

Hi-Tech Calf Starter Feed: Calf starter feed is formulated with high density nutrients keeping in view the limited ability of young stock for feed intake and under developed rumen. Ingredients with better abomasal digestibility are preferred and adequate proportion of NDF, ADF and other cellulosic fibres are incorporated for rumen development and rumination. This feed is recommended from weaning to three or four months of age up till the calf attains its body weight about 100 kg.

Ration Number: 41

Milk Flow Wanda (Dairy Concentrate): Lactating animals can’t fulfill their requirements through green fodder and roughage only. For non descriptive and low yielding animals concentrate feeding with a thumb rule i.e. 1 kg concentrate for every 2-2.5 Kg milk may be adopted. But for specific breeds with their known traits & potential of yield, concentrate allowance is adjusted to keep always these animals in positive nutrient balance. Hi-Tech dairy concentrate is formulated with ideal NE for lactation, appropriate ratios of rumen degradable and undegradable (by pass) proteins with special consideration to those nutrients favorable for rumen micro flora to get not only better yield but also more total solids and milk fat. With the use of this ration besides the exploitation of genetic potential smooth reproductive traits can be guaranteed.
